Job Description

Raddy Electronics is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead all sales and marketing operations within the electronics division. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening distribution networks. Performance is strictly monitored through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Oversee product launches, promotions, branding, and retail visibility.
Manage key client relationships and ensure excellent after-sales support.
Monitor retail performance, sales conversions, and distribution efficiency.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with supply chain and operations for inventory planning.
Implement KPI-driven performance management systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Sales growth (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Market expansion and customer acquisition.
Retail outlet performance and conversion rates.
Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
Inventory turnover and product sell-through.
Marketing campaign ROI and brand awareness.
Team productivity and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in electronics or technology.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales management software.
Proven Track Record: Ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-performing teams.
