I. TECHNICAL & ENGINEERING ROLES

Reports to: Workshop Manager
Key Tasks: Advanced diagnostics, mentoring junior technicians, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing workflow, and ensuring fleet availability.
Requirements: * Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Ability to read engineering drawings; CNC knowledge is an advantage.

Reports to: Field Services Manager
Key Tasks: Repairing mechanical/electrical machinery, troubleshooting under supervision, and maintaining accurate work records.
Requirements: * Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Agricultural/Diesel Machinery.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Basic tool proficiency and ability to work under pressure.

Reports to: Workshop Manager
Key Tasks: Diagnosing electrical faults, repairing wiring/electronic components, and installing security/communication systems.
Requirements: * Diploma/Certificate in Auto Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of practical experience.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.

Reports to: Workshop Manager
Key Tasks: Reviewing drawings, marking materials for cutting, and operating lathes/machinery to meet output specifications.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience.
- Strong ability to read engineering drawings and attention to detail.

Reports to: Workshop Manager
Key Tasks: Managing job cards, inventory records, procurement of parts, and liaising with suppliers.
Requirements: * Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a workshop/admin role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is critical).

Reports to: Workshop Manager
Key Tasks: Fitting/balancing tyres for cars and trucks, repairing punctures, and operating fitting machines.
Requirements: * 2+ years of automotive customer service experience.
- VETA certification is an advantage.
- Physically fit for handling heavy equipment.

Reports to: Workshop Manager
Key Tasks: Assisting with tool handling, equipment cleaning, and attending training sessions.
Requirements: * Tanzanian citizen aged 18–25 years.
- Form IV or VI certificate (Technical training is a plus).

Reports to: Operations Manager
Key Tasks: Operating heavy-duty tractors for land clearing and haulage; conducting routine inspections.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in mining, agriculture, or construction.
- Valid equipment operation certification/license.

Reports to: Operations Manager
Key Tasks: Driving tractors with attachments (graders, rollers), using laser leveling equipment, and field preparation.
Requirements: * Valid Class G driving license.
- 2+ years of experience in agricultural machinery.

Reports to: Operations Manager
Key Tasks: Operating mechanical sugarcane harvesters (Case, John Deere), pre-operational checks, and loss minimization.
Requirements: * Minimum Form IV education.
- 2+ years of experience with mechanical harvesters.
- Ability to work long hours in field conditions.
