Roles & Responsibilities

Creative Strategy: Establish the overall artistic style, mood, and look of projects, translating abstract ideas and messages into tangible visual forms.

Creative Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creative professionals.

Visual Decision Making: Direct the selection and execution of photography, illustrations, typography, color palettes, graphics, and other design elements.

Multimedia Production: Produce short motion pieces and animated social/video ads (15–60s), product explainers, and device demos.
Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years of professional design experience.

Portfolio: Must demonstrate expertise across product UI, paid campaign creatives, motion graphics, and print.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent professional experience.
