FNL Services is looking for driven and results-oriented professionals to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Open Positions

• Sales Manager (2 Positions)

• Sales Officer (2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be expected to drive revenue growth and manage client portfolios through the following activities:

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and identify new business opportunities.

• Team Leadership: (For Managers) Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.

• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

• Collaboration: Work with marketing and other departments to enhance brand visibility and product promotion.

• Customer Excellence: Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales (Managerial experience required for the Sales Manager role).

• Skills: * Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.

• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office is considered an added advantage.
