Position: Customer Service Supervisor
Positions Available: 01

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations of the customer service team and improve overall service efficiency and quality.
- Oversee the customer order follow-up process to ensure smooth execution from order receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Sales departments to ensure the order process is completed smoothly.
- Handle customer complaints and abnormal orders to improve customer satisfaction and company image.
- Supervise customer service data statistics, report preparation, and system data entry.
- Provide training, performance evaluation, and work guidance to customer service staff to build an efficient team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College diploma or above, major not limited.
- At least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry.
- At least 3 years of team management experience with leadership ability.
- Proficient in computer operation and skilled in WPS/Excel and data processing.
- Strong cross-department communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive at work, strong sense of responsibility, motivated and execution-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations.
