Position Overview

Job Title: Sales Representative

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reporting To: Zonal Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform daily sales activities to drive volume and revenue generation.

Recruit potential wholesalers and distributors to strengthen the distribution network and address market gaps.

Develop strong relationships with trade partners to build customer loyalty and achieve business objectives.

Ensure effective market execution by strengthening product visibility and availability at both retail and wholesale levels.

Identify and utilize in-trade marketing opportunities.

Execute local promotions, activations, and awareness campaigns as approved by management.

Submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports, including special activity reports.

Maintain and ensure the wise usage of all company resources under your custody.

Collaborate effectively within a team to build professional rapport and work relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a similar position within a reputable organization.

Technical Skills: * Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.

Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.

Soft Skills: * Excellent understanding of customer and market dynamics.

Superior written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation abilities.
