Job Opportunity: Sales Executive (2026)

Aviles Tanzania Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Dar es Salaam. We are a registered specialist in the supply and distribution of chemicals, industrial machinery, and equipment.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Director, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing key client accounts across various industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth: Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for chemicals, machinery, and industrial equipment.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and key decision-makers.
Client Engagement: Conduct site visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Operations: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing/contracts, and collaborate with logistics and technical teams for order fulfillment.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
Performance: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B environments like chemicals or industrial machinery.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the sales cycle; technical sales experience is a significant advantage.
