Job Vacancy: Senior Earthworks Supervisor

Contract Duration: Six (6) Months

Reports To: Earthworks Manager

Role Purpose

The Senior Earthworks Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and project management across all phases of structural earthworks and road construction. This role is responsible for coordinating labor, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered safely, profitably, and in strict alignment with the company’s TICA values.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Supervision

• Team Management: Supervise earthworks teams and ensure total adherence to the Company Code of Conduct and operational standards.

• Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maximize productivity and minimize costs/deficiencies.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee earthmoving equipment operations and maintain strict adherence to HSE procedures.

2. Safety & Compliance

• Risk Management: Conduct daily and weekly safety assessments, including Field Level Risk Assessments (FLRA) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA).

• Culture: Promote and adhere to safety, environmental, health, and community policies through regular Toolbox meetings.

3. Project Execution

• Compliance: Review production, quality, and contract compliance to ensure the scope of work is implemented within budget.

• Communication: Clearly communicate scope requirements to foremen and monitor progress against milestones.
