We are currently seeking a competent, creative, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Officer to lead our digital initiatives across the Tanga, Morogoro, and Dar es Salaam regions.

Job Overview

• Position: Digital Marketing Officer

• Duty Station: Tanga, Morogoro, and Dar es Salaam

• Work Hours: 8 hours per day

• Core Purpose: To plan and execute digital strategies that increase online visibility, engage audiences through storytelling, and drive measurable plot sales.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Seek and attract plot customers through social media and convert digital leads into sales.

• Content Creation: Develop compelling storytelling content, videos, reels, and posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.

• Engagement: Conduct live online sessions to showcase plots and interact with potential buyers in real-time.

• Campaign Management: Design and implement paid advertising campaigns and manage multiple social media accounts.

• Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure brand consistency and meet monthly targets.

Performance Targets

The successful candidate will be expected to achieve the following:

1. Sales: Secure at least four (4) customers purchasing plots per month.

2. Leads: Generate at least six (6) qualified leads per month.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.

• Skills: Exceptional creativity, public speaking confidence (for live sessions), and mastery of online advertising tools.

• Mindset: Self-motivated, persuasive, and strictly results-driven.

• Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing or online sales. Real estate experience is a significant advantage.
