Job Vacancy: Head Sales – FX

Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) is currently seeking a qualified professional to lead their Treasury Sales team.

Position: Head Sales – FX
Job Purpose: To actively market FX Spot, FX forwards, and derivatives to customers to enhance business turnover and desk income.
Core Focus: Lead and manage the treasury sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products to contribute to the Bank’s growth.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement treasury sales strategies aligned with Bank objectives and monitor market trends and regulatory changes.
Performance Management: Set and achieve sales targets to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Business Development: Identify new opportunities and provide tailored treasury solutions, including money market and derivative products.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
Certification: ACI dealing certificate is required; a CFA certification is considered an added advantage.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience as a senior dealer in foreign exchange and/or money markets.
Knowledge: Thorough understanding of local and international financial services and trends in major currencies.
Key Attributes: Strong service ethic, structured approach to complex environments, and excellent communication and reporting skills.
