Direct Sales Agents

Retail & Digital Banking – Dar es salaam

Key Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Identify prospective banking customers from local corporates, SMEs, NGOs, institutions, and social groups for onboarding to the Bank.
  • Market and sell other Bank products as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Represent the Bank as the first point of contact in the assigned market and relay customer inquiries, complaints, or market feedback to the designated Bank Officer.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit them to the responsible Bank Officer to enable timely payment of commissions.
  • Adhere to the Bank’s KYC/AML guidelines, procedures for account opening, and agent banking regulations.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with the Bank’s code of conduct and relevant laws.
  • Promote POS, QR Code/Tan QR activation, and bancassurance services to eligible customers.

Risk Management:

  •  Ensure effective adoption and utilization of risk management tools
  •  Drive remediation of risk management exceptions identified during audit or risk reviews
  •  Promote risk management culture

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  •      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or any related field

Working Experience Required

· A at least of 1 year of experience in sales

. Sales in banking industry is an added advantage
