JOB VACANCY: SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Envi Sisini is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a local professional with a strong background in working with premium or luxury brands, particularly within hospitality, tourism, or high-end service industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Position and promote Envi Sisini as a leading premium brand in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, partners, and agents
- Identify new business opportunities locally and internationally
- Oversee branding, promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Coordinate sales-related activities across departments
Requirements
- Tanzanian national (local candidate required)
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within a premium / luxury brand
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with strong business development skills
- Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
