GROUPS & EVENTS MANAGER
Primary Responsibilities:

Act as main liaison between client/group and hotel
-
Coordinate all event and operational details across departments
-
Prepare and lead BEOs and group summary meetings
-
Review contracts and confirm services with clients
-
Support up-selling to maximize revenue
-
Oversee on-site group stay and ensure smooth execution
-
Supervise event space setup and conference operations
-
Review and verify billing/invoicing accuracy
-
Follow up post-event for feedback and future business
-
Support site inspections
-
Close files and share client feedback internally
Requirements:
-
Education: University degree, preferably Tourism or Hospitality or similar.

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position and in a similar category establishment, MICE.

Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and contract negotiation.

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of event management software, i.e., Opera and Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues calmly under pressure, particularly during event execution.

Organization: Strong multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail.
