The programme offers a six-month hands-on learning opportunity for graduate/postgraduate students and recently graduated candidates in areas aligned with ECSA-HC’s mandate.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or enrolment in a higher degree programme) in a relevant field
- At least two (2) years of post-graduation experience
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
