Job Title: Merchant GTM & Trade Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview
The Merchant GTM & Trade Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing Go-To-Market (GTM) and Trade Marketing initiatives to drive merchant adoption, sales growth, and brand visibility across assigned zones.
This role requires strong collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and agency partners to ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns, trade initiatives, and experiential engagements in line with brand standards and commercial objectives.
Education & Experience Requirements
- University degree, preferably in:
- Marketing
- Communication
- Engineering
- Business Administration
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
- Marketing
- Trade Marketing
- Business Management
- Franchise Management
Core Responsibilities
GTM & Trade Marketing Execution
- Design and execute GTM plans aligned with overall Go-To-Market and Trade Marketing strategies
- Develop promotional and event strategies to support commercial objectives
- Implement GTM and promotional activities across assigned zones to drive adoption, sales, and visibility
- Ensure all trade-level GTM communications comply with brand guidelines and ROI standards
Campaign & Activation Management
- Support planning and execution of GTM and trade initiatives to deliver strong experiential engagements
- Collaborate with Marketing to support ATL campaigns and coordinate related activations
- Plan, manage, and execute:
- Zone-level activities
- Sales promotions
- Regional events
- Local tactical campaigns
- Generate creative, data-driven ideas to enhance sales performance and seasonal or location-based promotions
Stakeholder Coordination & Training
- Provide GTM training to sales teams and key stakeholders, clarifying roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate with Marketing, Integrated Services, and Procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
- Ensure suppliers for promotions and events are selected, evaluated, and documented in line with procurement standards
Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze performance of GTM and trade marketing activities
- Report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and zone-level impact
- Recommend improvements and manage A&P execution in collaboration with agencies
Core Competencies
- Strong GTM planning and execution skills across trade, promotions, and field activations
- Ability to manage trade marketing communications and ensure strict brand guideline compliance
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and market impact
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across sales, marketing, procurement, and agency partners
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop promotional concepts that drive merchant uptake and sales growth
