Job Vacancy: Manager – Learning & Talent Management

Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) is inviting applications for the position of Manager – Learning & Talent Management.

Role Overview

The incumbent is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting initiatives that drive employee development, build leadership capability, and support talent management and Employee Engagement strategies across the bank. This role is critical in enabling a high-performance culture and ensuring learning interventions align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Learning & Development: Conduct training needs analysis and staff development plans with Business Heads, and coordinate the bank’s L&D functions.

  • Leadership Development: Support the leadership development framework and manage quality assurance and capability-building programs across all levels.

  • Talent Management: Oversee the development and implementation of talent management strategies and succession planning.

  • Stakeholder & Project Management: Lead or support projects related to culture transformation, employee engagement, or performance enablement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resource role.

  • Attributes: Must be a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage interdisciplinary roles, and the capacity to provide practical solutions to workplace situations.
