Job Vacancy: Sales Executive (3 Positions)
Location: Dar es Salaam
Reports To: Business Manager
Purpose of the Role
Tabono Consult Limited is seeking motivated, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by exploring untapped markets, potential partnerships, new geographical regions, and industry sectors.
- Propose additional services to existing clients by demonstrating value-adding solutions for their businesses.
- Conduct sales visits, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, engagement, and excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and prepare detailed performance reports for management review.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
