Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Driving official vehicles to approved destinations in accordance with traffic laws and regulations
2. Undertaking minor mechanical repairs when necessary
3. Taking vehicles due for routine maintenance or repair to the appointed service agent
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date motor vehicle logbooks
5. Conducting pre-inspection checks of assigned vehicles before travelling and reporting any mechanical defects or damages
6. Ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and proper use of the vehicle at all times
7. Ensuring all valid documents and permits are obtained prior to the commencement of any journey
8. Promptly reporting accidents or incidents involving official vehicles to the relevant authorities

Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• Form IV Certificate
• A valid Driving License Class C or E
• Basic Driving Course Certificate
• At least one (1) year of driving experience without causing accidents

Contract Duration

• One-year contract

Remuneration

• CPBSS 2
