Position Overview
The Regional Jazastars Administrator is responsible for regional inventory and contractor relations management and reports to the Regional Coordinator. The role focuses on managing regional inventory, enforcing inventory management policies, and overseeing inventory requests, allocation, shipping, receiving, tracking, monitoring, and auditing.
Key Accountabilities
- Own and manage missing packs and other inventory at regional warehouses through weekly and monthly audits.
- Manage inventory movement between office warehouses, regional hubs, and Jaza shops.
- Manage and follow up on bad customer listings related to pack tampering in collaboration with the Regional Coordinator, in line with SOPs.
- Manage Jaza Stars and Superstars contracts and related documentation at the regional level.
Roles & Responsibilities
Regional Asset & Inventory Management
- Receive inventory requests from Superstars and prepare shipments to respective hubs and shops.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and SOPs to minimize wastage and prevent stockouts.
- Conduct weekly and monthly inventory and asset audits to ensure accuracy and operational readiness.
- Blacklist customers involved in pack tampering or theft in accordance with company procedures.
- Review swap charge ratio reports and identify hubs with less than 90% performance, addressing issues with Superstars and the Regional Coordinator.
- Identify packs without barcodes at hubs and enforce compliance with inventory processes.
- Conduct weekly meetings or calls with Superstars managing hubs or shops with compliance challenges to understand and resolve issues promptly.
- Receive and document defective packs from hubs/shops and hand them over to Field Technicians for troubleshooting.
- Monitor overstocked and understocked hubs to maintain balanced inventory levels.
- Escalate critical issues related to zero lost-pack targets to the Regional Coordinator and Inventory & Asset Management Coordinator.
- Develop weekly and monthly action plans to support hubs facing inventory management challenges.
- Prepare weekly regional inventory reports (DDD structure) for one-on-one review with the Regional Coordinator.
- Prepare monthly inventory reports highlighting regional inventory status, compliance issues, and corrective actions, to be shared with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Inventory Management, or Human Resources.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be female.
- Previous experience in rural outreach, recruitment, and training roles.
- Experience conducting trainings and capacity development activities.
- Ability to leverage local networks, community connections, and job boards for recruitment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit within community-based environments.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and interacting with diverse cultures, languages, and backgrounds.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to remote and rural locations.
- Familiarity with local languages or dialects is a strong advantage.
