Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in upstream oil & gas operations
• Proven experience in field development projects

Role-Specific Requirements

Subsurface Roles

Candidates must demonstrate experience in:

• Seismic interpretation
• Static and dynamic modelling
• Reservoir simulation
• Well log evaluation
• Field Development Plan (FDP) preparation

Drilling & Operations Roles

Candidates must demonstrate experience in:

• Onshore drilling campaigns
• Well testing and production operations
• Contractor management
• HSE compliance
• Working effectively in multidisciplinary teams

Strong communication skills are essential for all roles.
