Job Opportunity: Sales & Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Kibo Palace Hotels & Resorts is seeking a passionate Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role works closely with the Front Office Department and Reservations Office to drive revenue growth across all business segments. The position reports directly to the Directors as part of the Executive team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

• Assist in developing a corporate sales plan
• Prospect new clients and expand market reach
• Manage existing client accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Conduct outside sales calls and arrange on-site visits and sales tours
• Represent the company at interviews, press conferences, and industry events
• Network with industry stakeholders to create new business opportunities

Brand Management & Public Relations

• Promote and maintain the public perception of the brand through media coverage and sponsorships
• Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
• Draft written, verbal, and visual content to promote the company’s image
• Track media coverage and follow industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing) and maintain communication with senior management

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with other departments to develop business opportunities
• Participate in sales & marketing team briefings and meetings
• Maintain data integrity in the CRM system
• Edit and update promotional materials (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.)
• Manage and prevent reputational risk to the brand

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or hotel management
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Ability to develop and execute PR campaigns and media relations strategies
• Competent in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Strong sense of brand stewardship and professionalism
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and teams
