Job Vacancy: Wound Care Nurse
Kitengule Hospital is looking for a competent and experienced Nurse specialized in wound care and dressing to join the clinical team in Tegeta, Dar es Salaam.
Key Responsibilities

Assess and manage various wound types (surgical, ulcers, burns, and traumatic injuries).

Perform professional wound cleaning and dressing using sterile techniques.

Monitor healing progress and identify signs of infection or complications.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and hygiene.

Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals for effective patient management.

Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements

Registered Nurse (EN/ANO) graduated from a recognized institution.

Valid professional license.

Proven experience in wound care and dressing management.

Strong knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.

Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
