Job Description

Role Purpose

To provide consulting services across the entire Payroll lifecycle, including but not limited to:

  • Testing all SAP People and Culture Management new applications
  • Resolving system queries
  • Developing and submitting reports
  • Executing Bank File processing for a dedicated portfolio

The role aims to ensure accuracy, operational efficiency, and effectiveness in payroll processes. It also focuses on mitigating risks related to SAP HR systems and identifying potential non-compliance issues by adhering to strict testing and operational standards.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

  • First Degree (Bachelor’s Degree)

Field of Study:

  • Human Resources
  • Business Administration
  • Finance
  • Or a related field

Experience Required

People & Culture – Digitisation, Insights and Operations

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience within a financial services organization is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the HR (People and Culture) value chain.
  • Knowledge of how Payroll integrates with other HR processes and systems.

Operations Environment

  • 3–4 years of experience in operational environments.
  • Solid understanding of People and Culture operations, especially Payroll systems and processes.
