Job Description
Role Purpose
To provide consulting services across the entire Payroll lifecycle, including but not limited to:
- Testing all SAP People and Culture Management new applications
- Resolving system queries
- Developing and submitting reports
- Executing Bank File processing for a dedicated portfolio
The role aims to ensure accuracy, operational efficiency, and effectiveness in payroll processes. It also focuses on mitigating risks related to SAP HR systems and identifying potential non-compliance issues by adhering to strict testing and operational standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- First Degree (Bachelor’s Degree)
Field of Study:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Or a related field
Experience Required
People & Culture – Digitisation, Insights and Operations
- 3–4 years of relevant experience
- Experience within a financial services organization is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the HR (People and Culture) value chain.
- Knowledge of how Payroll integrates with other HR processes and systems.
Operations Environment
- 3–4 years of experience in operational environments.
- Solid understanding of People and Culture operations, especially Payroll systems and processes.
