Position Overview The Warehouse Documentation Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate warehouse documentation related to receiving, dispatch, inventory records, and logistics operations. The role ensures that all warehouse transactions are properly recorded and comply with company procedures and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities * Prepare, verify, and maintain warehouse documentation for receiving and dispatch operations.

• Ensure all delivery notes, goods receipt notes (GRN), and dispatch documents are accurately recorded.

• Maintain proper filing systems for warehouse documents both physically and electronically.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure documentation accuracy.

• Update warehouse data in internal systems and maintain proper transaction records.

• Monitor document flow for incoming and outgoing goods.

• Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory audits.

• Report discrepancies in documentation or inventory to warehouse management.

• Ensure compliance with company documentation standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 1–3 years of experience in warehouse documentation, logistics, or inventory management.

• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and documentation processes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
