Job Overview

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and providing creative solutions to guests.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your assigned area. The role involves executing sales action plans and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of the assigned portfolio, engaging with managerial and departmental executives to deliver excellent client service and achieve targets.
  • Implement and execute sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed set targets.
  • Establish parameters, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing for both transient and group business.
  • Promote and generate sales leads within designated market areas.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and changing marketing conditions through direct sales activities, telephone, and mail campaigns.
  • Maintain records and files of major accounts and support superiors in managing the account management system.
  • Ensure adherence to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities whenever possible.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years post-graduate work experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Computer literate with strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English; additional languages are an advantage.
