Job Overview
The company is seeking self-driven and results-oriented Sales Officers to join its Advertising Sales Team across multiple regions.
📍 Duty Stations:
- Dar es Salaam
- Dodoma
- Mwanza
- Moshi / Kilimanjaro
- Arusha
- Mbeya
- Tanga
- Iringa
- Zanzibar
Key Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive acquisition of new clients while expanding existing accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets
- Create tailored advertising solutions to meet client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
