ICT OFFICER

We are looking for a skilled and proactive ICT officer to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our diverse business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure (WIFI, routers, switches)
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer property management systems (PMS) and OTA Platforms
• Implement and maintain vehicle tracking systems

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in network administration, system support or an ICT role
• Strong knowledge of networking, WiFi systems, CCTV installation, OTA platforms, and VTS
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Basic understanding of database management and cybersecurity
• Software development skills (advantageous)
