SHOP SUPERVISOR (JOB SHIFT)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shop Supervisor to oversee operations during shifts hours.
Location: Dar es Salaam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervising shop staff.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Ensuring excellent customer service.
• Keeping the shop clean and organized.
• Handling cash and daily sales reports.
• Ensuring security and safety of shop operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum education: Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• Previous experience in retail or shop supervision is an added advantage.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Honest, responsible, and capable of working independently.
