Job Summary

Predators Safari Club is seeking qualified and experienced Accountants to support financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory and internal financial requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting
Familiarity with Tanzania tax regulations (TRA)
Experience using accounting software (IDRAS is an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Compliance Duties

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Ensure compliance with TRA regulations and statutory requirements
Prepare and submit tax returns accurately and on time
Manage accounting books and prepare monthly financial reports
Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance

Payroll & Statutory Management

Process payroll, including:
- PAYE
- SDL
- WCF
- NSSF
Ensure accurate and timely statutory deductions and submissions

Financial Management & Reporting

Perform bank reconciliations regularly
Monitor and improve cash flow management
Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
Provide financial insights and advice to management
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Technical Skills

Proficiency in accounting systems and software
Knowledge of IDRAS system is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
