Business Development Executive

- Customer Acquisition: Focus on growing the number of quality customers by generating leads daily on the CRM to achieve the set target as communicated by your area manager. Adhere to a prescribed sales process with zero deviations while ensuring that you maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
- Achieve a 100% work attendance record with an absence management that is fully compliant with the company policies and procedure.
- Ability to work independently to achieve your personal target as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Habari Enterprise products and associated Value-Added Services in the field by executing all sales activities within your assigned territory as per the strategies outlined by your area manager.
- Reporting: Provide ongoing and timely feedback on all your sales activities not limited to an up-to-date prospect list on the CRM, competitor information, network issues, and other ad hoc reports as directed by your area sales manager.
- Work with the marketing team to execute the marketing plan and strategies to increase brand awareness, improve brand perception and increase brand penetration.
- This includes executing market activations, roadshows, branding of the assigned territory with posters/ABS boards and fliers etc.
- Provide ongoing and timely feedback on all your sales activities not limited to your up-to-date prospects list, competitor information, network issues, non-compliance by our customers on our home internet service, etc.
- Work with marketing team to deliver improvements in brand engagement scores in assigned territory.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent Sales Person with good understanding of business process
- Relentless energy and focus to exceed targets
- Accuracy of forecasting and credible pipeline of sales funnels
- Experience in selling to Enterprise customers and quotation building
- Ability to work and adhere to rules prescribed by the company. Adhere to CRM tools for inputs and must maintain healthy conversion ratios to exceed expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Swahili.

a) New Revenue generation – 100%
b) Lead generation – 5 leads/week
c) Conversion rate – 100%
d) Retention in assigned markets
e) Revenue collection in assigned markets
