Role Overview
The Digital Media & Marketing Associate is a strategic role responsible for:
- Strengthening Habari Wi-Fi’s digital presence
- Driving customer acquisition and growth
- Delivering creative content and performance marketing campaigns
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Brand Management
- Develop high-quality digital content:
- Graphics
- Videos
- Animations
- Create content for:
- Social media platforms
- Websites
- Email campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
2. Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns:
- Paid advertising
- Email marketing
- Search (SEO/SEM)
- Drive:
- Brand awareness
- Lead generation
- Customer conversion
3. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics:
- ROI (Return on Investment)
- Conversion rates
- Cost per lead
- Use insights to improve campaign effectiveness and strategy
4. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with:
- Sales teams
- Customer service teams
- Align messaging and support:
- Product launches
- Marketing campaigns
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Marketing
- Communications
- Digital Media
- Or related field
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Digital marketing
- Social media management
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Digital marketing tools and platforms
- Paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Video editing software
Languages
- Strong written and communication skills
- Proficiency in:
- English
- Swahili (added advantage)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The role will be evaluated based on:
- Content Production:
- Minimum 10 pieces of content per month
- Including 2–4 short-form videos
- Engagement:
- Maintain >5% social media engagement rate
- Growth:
- Increase followers by 8–10% per quarter
- Lead Generation:
- Generate 150–300 qualified leads per month
- Responsiveness:
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
