What is Required: You will be the senior financial authority, providing guidance to the executive team. You are expected to manage the group’s cash flow, oversee internal and external audits, and prepare complex financial forecasts that drive business growth.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. A Master’s degree or CPA/ACCA is highly preferred.

2. Human Resource Manager – Hospitality Industry (Vigor Group)

Focus Area: This role is specialized for Vigor’s hotel and tourism assets.
Key Responsibilities: You must understand the unique labor demands of the hospitality sector, including seasonal shifts and service-excellence training.
What is Required: Managing full-cycle recruitment for hotel staff, overseeing employee relations to ensure a positive guest-facing culture, and administering industry-specific benefits and compensation.
Ideal Candidate: Someone with a background in HR who has specifically worked within a hotel or resort environment.

Experience Required: Minimum of 7 years of proven HR management experience.
Core Duties: Implementing group-wide HR policies, managing the performance appraisal system, and handling complex employee relations.
What is Required: You will act as a strategic partner to line managers across different departments, ensuring that the workforce is aligned with the company’s broader business objectives and labor law compliance.

Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
Key Traits: High level of professionalism, absolute discretion, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
What is Required: Acting as the “gatekeeper” for senior management. This includes managing complex travel itineraries, coordinating board meetings, preparing executive reports, and handling sensitive correspondence.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Core Focus: Overseeing the daily manufacturing operations at the TMC facility.
What is Required: You are responsible for meeting production targets while maintaining strict quality control. This includes scheduling staff shifts, managing the production budget, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Technical Expectations: Ensuring all equipment is maintained and that the facility adheres to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Core Focus: Strategic management of the supply chain and warehouse.
What is Required: You must optimize inventory levels to prevent both stockouts and overstocking. This involves managing the logistics of moving raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing the distribution network.
Key Skills: Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics (KPIs) and experience with inventory management software/ERP systems.

Core Focus: Technical upkeep of factory machinery and facility infrastructure.
What is Required: Performing both preventative maintenance (to stop breakdowns before they happen) and emergency repairs. You should have a strong mechanical or electrical aptitude.
Specific Tasks: Repairing hydraulic systems, electrical wiring, or mechanical components; maintaining logs of all repairs; and ensuring all work is done safely according to industrial standards.
