Job Description: SALES TEAM LEADER
Salary Type : Performance based salary and commission
Location: Dar-Es-Salaam
Mnada spesho auction mart (www.mnadaspesho.co.tz), a dynamic online auction startup dealing in electronics appliances sales and auctions , is seeking motivated sales team leader to join our team.
Job Purpose:The Team Sales Leader is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing productivity within the sales team, supervising and mentoring team members, and planning and managing sales activities to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Driving Sales Performance:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the market and expand the company’s client base.
- Increasing Sales Productivity:
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions to equip team members with skills and tools to improve their productivity.
3.Supervising Sales Team:
- Oversee daily activities of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Motivate and mentor team members to maintain high morale and focus.
- Handle conflict resolution and address challenges within the team effectively.
- Onboard and manage off-site website ambassadors to ensure productivity
- Planning and Managing Sales Activities:
- Develop and execute detailed sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Coordinate and manage resources for sales campaigns, promotions, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies proactively.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain users.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance.
7.Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales leadership roles (minimum 1 year ).
Strong understanding of sales processes and team management.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
