Founded in 2022, the company has quickly established a robust presence by providing services such as housekeeping, laundry, waste management, and professional catering for various sectors, including mining exploration and corporate environments. They are ISO 22000:2018 certified and strictly follow HACCP guidelines to ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality across all their operations.

The company’s service portfolio extends to operating first-class bars and restaurants that serve both African and international cuisines, as well as providing specialized support for remote campsites. Headquartered at the PSSSF Commercial Complex in Dar es Salaam, the group is led by a team with over a decade of experience in hospitality and commercial catering. Position: HR Coordinator – Performance Management & Learning & Development

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Report to: Human Resource Manager

 About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Coordinator to manage performance management processes and coordinate employee learning and development programs. This role is key to enhancing employee growth and improving overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Performance Management:
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process across the organization
  • Monitor employee goal achievement (KPIs)
  • Support managers in performance management and improvement
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management
  1. 2. Learning & Development:
  • Identify training and development needs (Training Needs Assessment)
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Training Program Development
  • Induction and Orientation
  • Compliance and Mandatory Training
  • Training and Coordination
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Training Records and Reporting
  • Succession Planning
  • Talent Pool Management
  • Employee Development
  1. General HR Duties:
  • Support HR projects and policy implementation
  • Provide guidance to employees on career development
  • Assist in talent development and succession planning initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, particularly in performance management or L&D
  • Understanding of HR systems and performance evaluation processes
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple activities
  • Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage

Specific Knowledge
