Job Summary

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of Local Large Corporates (LLC) and Regional Corporates (RC).
  • Serve as a senior member of the Corporate Banking team.
  • Drive business performance and profitability within the assigned segment.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Maximize risk-adjusted returns while managing reputational risk.
  • Identify and grow opportunities to increase customer wallet share.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Service (40%)

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow portfolio profitability
  • Develop and implement business development strategies
  • Promote banking products and services
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Handle customer complaints effectively
  • Conduct annual/interim client reviews (borrowing & non-borrowing)
  • Stay updated on market trends and competition
  • Communicate key updates (pricing, services, contacts, products)

2. Business Management (30%)

  • Manage portfolio performance against financial and operational targets
  • Develop Customer Relationship Plans
  • Work closely with Head of Large Corporate
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with risk management policies
  • Maintain portfolio quality and control
  • Act as a delegate for the Head of Large Corporate when required

3. Staff Management (30%)

  • Lead and support the Corporate Banking team
  • Coach and mentor Relationship Managers (RMs) and CMAs
  • Support team development and training needs
  • Conduct performance reviews and evaluations
  • Promote a team-based management approach
  • Strengthen skills in relationship management, service, and risk

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in:
    • Business
    • Commerce
    • Management Studies (Required)
