Job Opportunity: Recovery Agent

Job Purpose

The Recovery Agent is responsible for executing motor vehicle repossession duties in accordance with company procedures, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and clearly understand repossession instructions
• Execute repossession tasks in line with training and company procedures
• Follow all repossession processes and guidelines accurately
• Properly file and manage repossession documentation
• Ensure all required documents are submitted within the stipulated timeframe
• Maintain any assigned company vehicle in good condition, including:
  • Adhering to service schedules
  • Ensuring cleanliness and proper use

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
• Certificate or Diploma in any Business-related field
• Minimum 3 years of continuous driving experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work anywhere in Tanzania
