We’re Hiring: Sales Interns

Locations Bukoba, Masasi, Kigoma, Geita, Dodoma, Karagwe, Ifakara, Morogoro, Arusha, Mtwara, Chalinze, Musoma, Murombo-Arusha, Kahama, Igoma-Mwanza, Lindi and Zanzibar.

About the Role As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Interns to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. If you love connecting with people, hitting goals, and being part of a purpose-driven company, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with customers and understand their needs
• Validate customer information e.g. phone numbers and IDs
• Demonstrate products with clear technical explanations when needed
• Record sales activities and share updates with the Sales Supervisor
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to enhance product promotion strategies
• Build strong customer relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Form Four (O-Level)/Certificate/Diploma and Degree in Sales is an added advantage, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Passion for sales and marketing
• Sales experience in digital devices, Smartphones is an added advantage

Note We offer a competitive commission-based salary.
