JOB VACANCY: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE – SECURITY & SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT

Stone Digital Center, a leading supplier and installer of advanced security and surveillance solutions (CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarms, biometric systems, fire detection, etc.), is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Location: Arusha (with frequent travel upcountry) Employment Type: Full-Time
Position: Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Actively prospect, generate leads, and close sales and marketing of security & surveillance products and services

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients (corporate companies, hotels, schools, banks, NGOs, government institutions, retail shops, homes, etc.)

•  Conduct product demonstrations, site surveys, and prepare professional quotations/proposals

•  Develop and execute marketing strategies (online & offline) to increase brand visibility.
•  Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

•  Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
•  Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

•  Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports
Requirements:
•  Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

•  Minimum 1 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English & Swahili)

•  Strong technical understandings.
•  Valid driving license (Class D).
•  Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision •  Existing network/contacts in the security industry is a big plus We Offer:
