Dragon Oil Tanzania Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Salesperson to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients
• Promote and sell company products, especially lubricants and automotive maintenance products
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Petroleum-related fields)

Work Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in sales
• Candidates with the following experience will have an added advantage:
• Selling lubricants or automotive maintenance products
• Managing and developing B2B clients
• Selling industrial oils (power generation, metallurgy, automotive, mining industries)

Core Skills and Abilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently visit clients and build long-term relationships
• Market analysis and strategic planning skills
• Customer management using CRM or ERP systems
• Knowledge of lubricant products (viscosity, anti-wear properties, applications)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work under pressure
• High level of responsibility and self-motivation
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Salary
• TZS 300,000 per month
