Goodwill (Tanzania) Ceramics Co., Ltd is a leading tile manufacturer based in Mkuranga, Tanzania. Established in 2015, the company has invested over USD 50 million and produces more than 80,000 square meters of ceramic tiles daily.

As part of its continued expansion, the company is inviting qualified and motivated individuals to join its dynamic team.

Position: Sales Officers & Trainees

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients in the building materials sector
• Promote company products including ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and related items
• Provide quotations, product samples, and technical information to clients
• Respond to client inquiries, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and report trends and feedback to management
• Participate in online promotions, trade exhibitions, and client meetings
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within building materials, ceramics, construction, or home improvement industries is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel frequently, including long-term international business trips
• Results-oriented with a proactive and self-driven attitude
