Job Overview

The CSR & Sustainability Manager will lead the development and execution of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability strategies. The role focuses on integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into business operations, driving impact initiatives, and ensuring alignment with both company and national development priorities.


Core Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development & Implementation

  • Lead the design and execution of CSR and sustainability strategies aligned with Group and company objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with national development priorities and regulatory frameworks.

2. ESG Integration

  • Drive the integration of ESG principles into operational processes and strategic decision-making.
  • Embed sustainability into core business functions, including:
    • Network expansion
    • Energy usage
    • Supply chain practices

3. Reporting & Impact Measurement

  • Prepare and present:
    • Annual sustainability reports
    • Climate disclosures
    • Impact assessments
  • Report findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
    • Government bodies
    • NGOs
    • Institutional partners
    • Community leaders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • A Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in CSR, sustainability, or ESG leadership roles.

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
