Who We Are & The Aim

The EACOP project is a midstream development located across Uganda and Tanzania. It includes a 1,443 km thermal insulated crude oil pipeline and a nearshore Marine Storage and Export Terminal (MST). The internship program focuses on cultivating local talent by providing hands-on experience and industry exposure to young professionals in the East African energy sector.


General Selection Criteria

  • Must provide a letter from the university and a copy of a student ID.

  • Current academic scores must reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.

  • Must be available full-time for the duration of the internship.

  • Excellent verbal & numeracy skills and problem-solving ability.

  • Good communication skills and positive attitude.

  • Must write and submit an internship application letter.

Human Resources 01 Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and business administration.
Corporate Affairs 01 Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Legal & Compliance 01 Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university or a master’s degree.
Local Content 01 Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in law, Community Development, or a related discipline, with a strong background in data management and Excel.
Finance 01 Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Projects (Project Controls) 01 Pursuing B.A in Public Admin/Human Resource Management.
HSE (Environment) 01 Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in environmental management/science/engineering or a related field. Fluent in English.
