Customer Service & Sales Representative

Requirements

Education: Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, front desk, or sales.
Communication: Strong communication skills in English & Swahili (both written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email platforms, Microsoft Office & basic CRM tools.
Competencies: Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions.
Added Advantage: Previous experience in the construction industry.
