Mnada Spesho Auction Mart (www.mnadaspesho.co.tz), a dynamic online auction startup specializing in electronics appliances and auctions, is seeking a motivated Campus Sales Team Leader to join the team in Tanzania.

Role Overview

The Team Sales Leader is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing productivity within the campus sales team, and mentoring team members to achieve organizational objectives.

Salary Type: Performance-based salary and commission.
Location: Tanzania (Based at headquarters with frequent travel for sales activities).

Key Responsibilities

Driving Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and expand the company’s client base within the campus.
Increasing Productivity: Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training sessions to optimize efficiency.
Supervising Sales Team: Oversee daily activities, motivate and mentor team members, handle conflict resolution, and manage off-site website ambassadors.
Planning and Management: Execute detailed sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while coordinating resources for campaigns and promotions.
Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies proactively and identify new opportunities.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain users, reporting regularly on performance.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales performance reports and analyze data to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Competencies

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales leadership roles.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes, team management, and proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership: Excellent motivational and interpersonal abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
