The Residence Zanzibar is a luxury five-star resort located on the southwest coast of Zanzibar, near the village of Kizimkazi. It is operated by Cenizaro Hotels & Resorts and forms part of the global The Residence by Cenizaro collection.
Opened in 2011, the resort sits on a 32-hectare tropical estate along the Indian Ocean and offers a peaceful luxury environment. The property features 66 private villas, each with its own swimming pool, and its architecture blends Swahili, Omani, Indian, and European influences, reflecting Zanzibar’s cultural heritage.

Job Requirements

Residency: This position is open to local residents only.

Education: A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in PMS-Opera is preferred, along with Microsoft Office skills.

Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Communication: Excellent communication skills in English are required.

Additional Skills: Knowledge of additional languages such as French and Spanish will be considered an advantage.
