Job Brief

Tabono Consult is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Field Sales Associate to join our client’s team. This role goes beyond simply moving inventory—it requires a true “Sales Driver” who can accelerate business growth while maintaining a reputation for premium customer service.

The ideal candidate is someone who treats every handshake as a long-term relationship and every lead as an opportunity to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify selling opportunities in trade through:
  • Sales driver checks
  • Upselling
  • Product listing
  • Stock replenishment
• Ensure proper product loading by brand and SKU
• Influence and drive sales performance in every outlet visited
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients and sales staff
• Take full responsibility for assigned stock and motorcycle
• Provide leadership and direction to the sales crew
• Handle daily reconciliation of:
  • Cash
  • Sales
  • Stock
• Plan and prepare effectively for the next day’s activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales (added advantage)
• Valid Class A Driving License (mandatory for motorcycle operation in Tanzania)
• Proven experience navigating Dar es Salaam traffic efficiently
• Clean riding record with a strong commitment to road safety
