Position Overview
The Executive Director of TASAF invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Procurement Officer.
This role supports the organization by ensuring efficient, transparent, and compliant procurement processes in line with public procurement regulations.
Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Officer will generally be responsible for:
- Managing procurement processes in accordance with regulations and policies
- Preparing tender documents and procurement plans
- Coordinating evaluation of bids and contract awards
- Ensuring transparency and compliance in procurement activities
- Maintaining procurement records and documentation
- Monitoring supplier performance and contract execution
- Supporting budget planning and procurement reporting
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
