JOB OPPORTUNITY: ECO-ORGANIC TRAINING FARM MANAGER

Location: Kilala, Arusha
Watoto Foundation Tanzania is seeking a passionate and experienced
Eco-Organic Farm Manager to lead and develop our sustainable farming initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Strong background in agriculture (Diploma college in Horticulture)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in eco-organic farming
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of 6–10 staff
- Ability to train and educate others in eco-organic farming practices
- Experience in product marketing and sales is an added advantage
- Hardworking, disciplined, and able to act as a role model to other staff
- Age 32 years and above is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily farm operations of 7acres
- Supervise and lead farm workers
- Train staff and community members on eco-organic farming
- Ensure productivity and achievement of farm goals
- Promote and support the sale of farm products
