• Title: CS – Branch Sales Coordinator
• Department: Sales
• Positions: 1
• Location: Dar es Salaam Branch

Basic Job Functions

• Help the team meet monthly sales targets, bring in new customers, and support loan processing with low rejection rates
• Ensure all branch requests are handled within 24 hours and daily sales activities run smoothly
• Follow up with sales agents, motivate them, monitor their performance, and ensure they meet their targets
• Track marketing plans and branch activations to make sure they are done correctly and on time
• Create accurate sales and performance reports and submit them on time with clear recommendations

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in any Business-related field, Administration, or Sales and Marketing
• At least 1 year of experience in sales/customer service
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Good problem analysis and solving skills
• Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team
• Proven achievement of sales targets
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
