1. EXECUTIVE CHEF
Description
• Design seasonal, high-quality menus that align with the brand’s concept while managing food costs and profitability.
• Manage the kitchen budget, oversee procurement, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients.
• Establish and enforce strict standards for food plating, taste, and presentation across all shifts.
• Ensure the kitchen operates in 100% compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Recruit, mentor, and train the culinary team; conduct performance reviews and develop succession plans.
• Occasionally engage with guests to gather feedback and handle complex dietary requirements or special events.
Qualifications
• Associate degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• At least 6 years of proven experience as a head chef, with additional experience as a sous chef.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, menu development, and kitchen operations
• Expertise in menu planning, food cost management, and kitchen operations.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant kitchen management software.
• Ability to speak English Fluently, other language will be added an advantages

SOUS CHEF
Description
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including line management and prep supervision.
• Manage the kitchen roster, ensure staff are at their stations, and maintain discipline during high-pressure service periods.
• Conduct “on-the-job” training for junior chefs and kitchen porters to improve technical skills.
• Monitor daily stock levels, minimize wastage, and assist in monthly inventory counts.
• Ensuring that orders are prepared in the correct sequence and meet quality standards before leaving the kitchen.
• Take full responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.Qualifications
• Advanced culinary arts degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Strong proficiency in kitchen math (food cost percentages, inventory turnover).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant kitchen management software.How to Apply
